Studio Policies and Guidelines
The Treblemakers Music School (TMS) is committed to creating a positive learning and teaching environment for its students and staff. For this reason, it is important that all students and parents understand and abide by the studio policies outlined below.
Registration
TMS accepts music students of all ages and abilities at any time. Registration may be done over the phone or in person at the Ukiah Music Center at 745 N State St, Ukiah.
Lesson Payments and Missed Lessons
Consistency and commitment are keys to developing any skill, particularly music. Therefore, students are encouraged to attend every lesson. As a courtesy, please call the studio if you are not able to make your lesson.
Lesson payments are due by the 28th of each month for the following month of lessons. For example, October lesson payments are due by September 28th; November lesson payments are due October 28th, etc. The monthly fee covers four lessons. There are no refunds or credits for lessons missed. In the event of a 5-lesson month, you will not be charged for an additional lesson. Instead, this will count as a “free” or “makeup” lesson. Students receive credits for studio holidays and teacher absences only. Studio holidays are listed under calendar.
Registration for private and group lessons is on-going.
TMS accepts check, cash or credit card (Visa/MasterCard). If you would like to auto-charge your tuition monthly, you may leave an active credit card on file to be charged on the dates the payments are due. This card is kept confidential and will not be used for any reason other than to charge tuition (and any outstanding lesson book charges). A $15 late fee will be charged to payments received after the 28th of the month, and lessons will be suspended until the account is current.
Students wishing to discontinue lessons must give the studio a minimum two weeks notice.
